By default, version > 9.4 used the option 'allow-recursive { any; };'.
This is not the case with 9.4.x. Instead, the default is now
'allow-recursive { localhost; localnets; };'. This is not an issue for
most people I wouldn't think, but I wasted 10 minutes trying to figure
it out. Could save a little time for the next guy. Anybody have an
issue with providing the default value so that it is obvious that the
behavior has changed? I could also create an example acl (mynetworks)
and use it (specifically what was needed in my case). Might be better
since there are no acl examples in the book's named.conf.
