Are you putting quotation marks around "caligo-travel"?
I.e., I think it should read:
subscribe "caligo-travel" subscriberedress subscribername
(and if you use "sub" instead of "subscribe" you have six more
chances of actually having the subscriber name show up in the address
list!).
[Note: the above is based on the thought that you are doing this via
Email Admin (which is built in to 4.x, so you should toss the
processor from 3.x out of the Processors folder), not through a
regular subscribe message...but it may still apply; I don't know,
because I've used the -on/-off addresses for so long that I've never
checked if the other way is working or not...]
