Thanks. Yes, They all need gmail invitations, no doubt. In our corner of the 
world, about 10% of users have bellsouth accounts and they're collectively 
quite frustrated, as are those of us trying to send messages to them.

Any ideas on how to "fix" the problem? Obviously we have valid mx records for 
all domains.
