[less-announce] less-550

less-550 is now available for beta testing.  Please do not distribute 
this widely until a version is announced for general use.
Please report any issues to bug-l...@gnu.org.

This release fixes two serious problems found in less-549:
 * Win32 builds did not work.
 * Sometimes the terminal was left in mouse-reporting mode
   after exiting less.
