Or perhaps the bugs are in me?
I'm liking all sorts of things about the new ledger mode. However ....
Two issues:
First, when I'm in emacs ledger-mode and use the quick entry (C-C C-A) to
post a new entry, the entry is placed at the proper place in the ledger,
but without a blank line immediately after it -- there's no blank line
separating it from the entry immediately following it. However, there *is*
a new blank line added at the top of the ledger file.
Second, it seems that there is a new formatting imposition that doesn't
allow for account paths beyond a certain length. This line is from a
posting in my ledger from a year ago:
* Assets:Current:Reimbursable:MKProfessional $73.00
Now, if I delete a character from the middle of that line (the "b" in
"reimbursable"), I see this:
* Assets:Current:Reimursable:MKProfessiona$73.00
And ledger chokes on that line. Is there now a limit on account length?

John
