I use the plugins in the contrib directory of the next branch, and they
allow you to complete payee and accounts with ^c^o, e.g., I type E:H:B^c^o
in insert mode and I get a list of completions for nested accounts matching
the beginning letters E, H, and B.  I enter everything I don't import that
way and format it with gq in visual mode.  Quite comfortable and fast, if
you ask me.  But then again, I haven't tried the emacs mode...
