The e-mail address you use in the top entry in debian/changelog should
be a valid e-mail address, which this is not ("vagrant-ubuntu-trusty-64"
is clearly not a top-level domain). Normally it should be an address
that's associated with your Launchpad account so that Launchpad can
properly attribute the upload to you.
