[l2h] autoref command

I have a document which makes extensive use of the autoref command from the 
hyperref package. Autoref does not appear to be supported by latex2html 
version 2002-2-1 (1.70). Is there a later version which supports autoref? Or 
is there a simple change to latex2html (or the TeX input) which can achieve 
the same effect in the HTML output?
