you can create users via file upload:
https://www.ldap-account-manager.org/static/doc/manual/ch05s03.html
However, this requires the manual selection of the file.
If you need something fully automated then LAM's file upload does not
support this out-of-the-box.

Someone smarter than me might just use raw LDAP commands to do this, but
