please upgrade to 8.0.1. Your version is very outdated and affected by
severe security issues:

For 8.0.1 there are no such self service issues known.

I just noticed in my self service portal that my password question and answer
input fields do not show up on my self-service portal.
I was working when I set it up a few versions ago.
Everything looks correct in the self service configurator. The Page Layout tab
looks correct.
I also noticed in the Password Self Reset under the modules tab. That the
custom test Header also does not appear in my self-service portal.
Any idea what I am missing?. I am on v7.7
