Hi,

I have installed on my Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 (wheezy) system the following
packages:
slapd version 2.4.31-1
ldap-account-manager version 4.0.1-1
ldap-account-manager-lamdaemon version 4.0.1-1

I'm trying to login to LAM but get error message:
Wrong password/user name combination. Please try again.

I have setup my only one server profile:

Server settings
Server address: ldap://localhost:389
Activate TLS: No
Tree suffix: dc=nodomain,dc=nodomain
LDAP search limit: -

Lamdaemon settings
Server list: localhost:LOCAL
Path to external script: /usr/share/ldap-account-manager/lib/lamdaemon.pl
Rights for the home directory: the defaults

Tool settings
Nothing checked here.

Security settings
Login method: Fixed list
List of valid users: cn=admin,dc=nodomain

This user is valid; when I run the command:
$ sudo slapcat

I get the line:
dn: cn=admin,dc=nodomain

for the LDAP administrator.

What am I missing here?
Why can't I just login?

-----
Regards, from Pál
