I had to laugh when I saw this update. I have just been working that very pattern, and wondered why the fans were so different in the pricking and the working diagram! Honestly, I just decided which fan style I liked better (the one that is in the actual picture won) and went on from there. It took me a couple repeats to get the rhythm of how to work the trail anyway, so my first repeats are clearly experimental in many ways. It's nice to be reminded that elements of lace can be changed out to make a new look without having to substantially redraw a pattern *grin*
Chris - using week 41 to clear off some bobbins so I can feel productive *and* prepare to teach a beginner lace class :) On Wed, Oct 28, 2015 at 11:29 AM, lace-digest <[email protected] > wrote: > lace-digest Wednesday, October 28 2015 Volume 2015 : Number 104 > > [lace] The edging of week 41-2015 > > ------------------------------ > > Date: Sat, 24 Oct 2015 20:39:26 +0200 > From: Gon Homburg <[email protected]> > Subject: [lace] The edging of week 41-2015 > > Dear Arachnes, > > Today I discovered there was a mistake in the pdf of week 41.
