Afternoon All, I am very quiet on this list though the lace festival  here in Sydney certainly has got my attention. I am a member of the Embroidererâs Guild here in Sydney and look forward to seeing it all in reality very soon. The gallery space has only been opened for a short time, then Covid hit and everything got shut down. April does an amazing job of all our exhibitions in our new space. For those of you that are unable to come in reality, Garyâs Fiber Talk videos are on YouTube and this lace exhibition one is amazing. April has been working hard to put it all together at Gallery 76. The exhibitions change about every month to six weeks, and April does a video tour for each one for Garyâs Fibertalk show. They are all on YouTube for viewing pleasure. Jenny in Sydney.Â

I have been involved very marginally and made one of the panels on the front of the building and also contributed a couple of circles which have been hung in trees in the neighbourhood. I am hoping to travel from Melbourne to Sydney for the Conference weekend and to see the exhibition. In Australia we have no Corona virus in the community and it only takes one case of a worker working in Hotel quarantine to be infected for the borders between States to be closed , so I have my fingers crossed that that does not happen. April from the Embroiderers Guild who appears in the Video has done a wonderful job of putting this exhibition together.
