Hello lacemakers, I am trying to put together a comprehensive list of every country in the world with a lace tradition (my definition of “tradition:” they have been making lace for at least a century, or once had a lace making industry. So not just a hobby). I would love your help in ensuring that I don’t exclude anyone! Here is what I have so far. By the way, I am not just including bobbin and needle lace but adjacent lace techniques like net-making and sprang as well. Your help is much appreciated as always!!
