Hello All! Today USPS delivered an interesting package from Bulgaria, via Pennsylvania. EGA friends sent me a handmade porcelain cup that is decorated with lace. What lacemaker doesn't need one? <g> It's very interesting--think Repousse--relief on the outside & depressions on the inside. It is adorable so I posted a photo to Flickr. The maker has a website & posts items on Etsy. It was beautifully packaged & tied with waxed linen (?) string. A handwritten haiku on the inside of the box & a tiny origami crane completed the package. My stitching buddies sure know how to spoil me rotten. More lace--Salut! Sincerely, Susan Hottle USA
