Hi All, a question I can answer. :-)
In germany 19 cm x 19 cm and 9.5 cm by 19 cm blocks in a frame of roughly 58 cm x 58 cm have come to be a sort of standard. It is very convenient, as you can always buy or borrow extra blocks to use with your pillow in order to work on different things.
