You must go over to the island of Gozo not far from Malta easily done on a day trip. We went to the museum it's small but some interesting lace. We also found a shop selling lace on the Main Street of Valletta. We asked the shop owner if he had any old lace we could see and he had pull out drawers in the shop he shew us some beautiful antique lace that his grandmother made. Sue Harvey Norfolk UK
