The 50% has to be doubled (200%)  The 75% has to be at 133% (I think)  There 
should be a formula for it, but I don't know what it is.  

Clearly the 50% is half of what you want.  The 75% needs to be increased by 1/3 
of 75% in order for it to get to 100%  lrb
