When a magma:run or a clean install is called using actions provided by the
magma plugin, if the target project has some project dependencies which have
been changed since last clean-install, it would be great to rebuild those
dependencies.
This could be useless if LABS-281 is implemented, because in that case also
.class files from dependency projects should be used in the RAD.
