[patch] Delay gwt compilation, and updated eclipse tips in Readme.txt

This patch:
- modifies client's pom.xml in order to delay gwt compilation until it is
needed to produce Hupa's .war distribution package. This saves a lot of time
compiling and testing the application.
- updates Readme.txt adding new tips to configure and use google's eclipse
plugin with Hupa.
