It happens rarely, but sometimes having both the source folder and the jar file
confuses AspectJ builder. This is tracked in bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=284862 . Seems like currently
foundation-maps triggers this bad behaviour, but it's not clear to me what that
package has different from others.
