Personally, I prefer to have a single copy at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/labs/{$LAB_NAME}/doap.rdf When you move it there, you are joining the vast majority of labs. Is that assessment correct? Do you want to have it in svn? You should be able to commit it (from a local working copy) and I can svn update it on minotaur, if you want.
