Resolution: Fixed
added two new properties :
- web.serverurl can contain a full url of the server, like
http://www.mysite.com:80/ etc..
- web.context can contain the context part, if needed, otherwise can be set
empty to indicate the the application is reachable at the root context of the
given server url
If one (or both) are not present in the config file, then common detection
takes place, which could lead to an incorrect http://localhost:8080/ when using
mod_proxy.
