A client's IQ request might lead to a longer running or external call to a
remote service, for example in the context of XML-RPC via XMPP or similar
services. Due to an XMPP server's nature of answering IQ request
asynchronously, it would benefitial to provide the framework for handling async
IQ requests. This would essentially mean to provide some Future object which is
able to relay an IQ result/error to the client. Additionally, this framework
would handle timeouts.
