Hi,
(A) Pootle's "aide-mémoire" for translators reads:
[...] please don't translate the text between "<" and ">".
(B) Apache OpenOffice wiki, topic "Translation of the Built-in Help" [1]
specifies that there is one exception i.e. the value of the name attribute
of a link element.

Do both statements (Pootle, Wiki) hold true at the same time?
Or is it just a matter of ambiguity / imprecision in the wording (Pootle)?
