Openoffice webpage korean support.

Hello. I'm a native korean speaker and would want to translate the 
webpage properly.
I saw the previous post on the mailing list and the answer was to use 
this translate.apache.org, however when I go to translate.apache.org/ko/ 
I get that the sign-up is prohibited.
Is there a way I can contribute?
