Hi,

Apologies for not replying immediately. Another wretched ashtray
mischieviously attacked my desktop.

You're most probably right. (but there is a* small IF/BUT)*

On one computer I have three shortcuts on my desktop pointing to the same
file "soffice". One provides AOO tooltip in English, one AOO tooltip in
Polish
and one offers a standard Windows information. Quite odd...
I will clean all AOO footprints in the first computer and reinstall
AOO. Maybe that will help. If not: I shall address Isidore of Seville [1].

*small IF/BUT*: on second computer (no connectivity, clean Window install,
only for "torturing" AOO) I saw this problem
with tooltips once. Reinstalled AOO and till now - OK.

Since the moment I have installed your build A00 4.2.0 EN-US
(with language packs: PL, DE, FR, RU) I observe some problems:
1. change of language not always happens immediately.
2. At times I see UI in AOO Base with mix of languages.

Regards,

Czesław
