Strings for 4.0.x (including 4.0.1) are fixed, but adjustments can be
done on trunk for version 4.1.x.
The best way to identify strings there is by their long ID, like
setupstrings.ulf#STRING_NO_COMPONENTS_SELECTED_2
(much will change here too for 4.1.x! but this is the easiest form to
track in the source code).
