Update: Santiago Bosio has answered us, so we can fix it for ourselves. Still, Santiago thinks that each extension can have just one provider (IOW, one OO.org extension is managed by exactly one credential, differently how it can happen with, for example Mozilla Addons [1], look at "by tnarik, RickieES"). Is he right? If not, other members could register in the site and be given upload permissions.
