We have 2 AOO 4.0 related projects, one for UI and one for help. You should concentrate on the UI first -> https://translate.apache.org/ar/aoo40/translate.html#filter=incomplete Help is of course at the beginning and a lot of work is necessary here. But this has time and can be done whenever volunteers have time. UI is much more important for a release.
