You can make suggestions right now. I recommend that you ask for a
personal Pootle account: just answer this e-mail requesting one and
mentioning your preferred username (this will allow you to have more
options available). Your contributions are under the OpenOffice license,
ALv2.
Before you start working, please read the "tips for translators" at
http://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html
(you are in the "online" case, with Pootle).
It is also recommended that you post a comment at
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=122285
(you will need to register there, same page) to inform others that you
are working and to receive notification when others join.
