I tried but really don' know how to do this.

The green part I can understand. It's the path for the file with the error.
The red one please give a guide line on how to read it  or, better
still, find the issues in Pootle and I'll fix them all by tomorrow noon,
at most.

I do the following in case of your example

- I navigate to helpcontent2 -> source -> text -> swriter -> 02.po
- and search for "hd_id3147175"
- in most cases I find directly the correct entry

- in the entry review the tags, in this example there is the closing
link tag missing or wrong


I will try to find as many as possible warnings/errors and will mark
them for review. But I haven't found time so far today ...
