Welcome! I've just opened a page to track the Indonesian translation.

and make sure you put yourself in CC there (more instructions on that
page; you will need to register to the Bugzilla system, again from that
same page).
In the next days we will make the current Indonesian files available.
Indonesian is fairly complete already, so you can definitely make it in
time for 4.0. But please put yourself in CC on the issue page and track
progress there. Feel free to ask this list again if you need help.
