Public bug reported:
when going to https://www.kubuntuforums.net I get an error.
Usually an access blocked error /w a page to report the error (which does not
work).
Or a service not available error.
It appears to be caused by the spam blocking software used by the site.
Please nuke your spam blocking software as it prevents me from logging in.
