Hello KC I apologise that it has been such a long time to get back into the groove!
This evening I finished working on the drafts for "Getting Involved" and the "Roles Template" These are ready for review by the KC https://phabricator.kde.org/w/kubuntu/getting_involved/ https://phabricator.kde.org/w/kubuntu/getting_involved/role_template/ The purpose of these documents, is to be clear and specific about the things that folks can expect to get involved with in a particular role. In addition they're designed to encourage people to get involved, as they can be used to really flesh out a persons own resume, which I hope will be another encouragement for people to get involved in our community The role template is an example, and the bullet lists of content are just examples. It's purpose is to give a good idea of the layout that I am planning for each role. Ideally, I would like to get your feedback on the two documents, ( please do go ahead and insert/edit within the document if you like ) Once we're happy with the roles template, I can then start giving some thought as to what each role should specify as its objectives, and I can build those defined roles base upon the template.
