While at SeaGL, Aaron and Valorie and I had many discussions about Kubuntu's current needs, specifically those related to Release Management. As the Release Manager for Lubuntu, I offered to put together a document at least roughly defining the tasks our team requires of their Release Manager. I said I would present this to the Council so they could put me in touch with one or more previous Release Managers so we could fill in the blanks.
