I subscribed to it now as I didn't even realize that we're not all subscribed. I'm not exactly sure what council-specific discussions we should have on the list... esp. as only council members can subscribe to it. IMO the second part of the mail should really go to kubuntu-devel, as for technical dicussions I would prefer to have the other developers and members take part in it.
