Previous updates to our theming/settings were placeholders for these
final changes.
These updates finalise and improve our 26.04 theming/settings.
Thanks for the huge amount of work go to Michael Mikowski from Kubuntu
Focus, Aaron Rainbolt, and input/changes from the Kubuntu team and out
users.
Kubuntu team will maintain these packages and commit to any required
fixes pre or post release of 26.04 LTS.
