Public bug reported: OS: Kubuntu 26.04 daily image
Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure the "okular-extra-backends" package is installed. 2. Download a TIFF or Markdown file (I used https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%27Hymn_on_the_Arch.%27_-_a_large_sculpture_of_original_plastic_tube,_temporary_located_in_old_factory_Jan_van_Gendthallen,_Amsterdam,_made_by_Fons_Heijnsbroek.tif as the sample file). 3. Open Dolphin and navigate to the Downloads folder. 4. Right-click on the downloaded file. 5. Hover over "Open With". Expected result: Okular should be listed as an application that can open the file, but it should only be listed once.
