While matrix is down, and I cannot ask this directly there, let's do it
here.

This list of new deps:

+         pyqt6-dev-tools,
+         python3-pyqt6,
+         python3-pyqt6.qtquick,

What caught my eye is "pyqt6-dev-tools", do we really need what looks
like a development package?

Its description says:
 This package contains various support tools for PyQt6 developers:
  * a user interface compiler (pyuic6)
  * a translation string finder (pylupdate6)

I'm currently doing a install of oracular's kubuntu (just apt-get install
kubuntu-desktop), and checking what else this will pull in that is not already
there.
