            Bug ID: 505716
Summary: Save OFX Import Options on an account by account basis
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kmymoney
      Version First git (master)
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: importer
          Assignee: kmymoney-devel@kde.org
          Reporter: k...@coupe7.com
  Target Milestone: ---

I'm running the latest locally compiled version of KMM from both the 5.2 branch
and the master branch on Fedora 42.

When I import and OFX file that has been saved on my local hard drive, the "OFX
import file selection" dialog box has 6 options on the bottom half of the
dialog box.

The two options I use most frequently are:

1) Method to detect duplicate transactions during import (OFX FITID or KMyMoney
Hash)
2) Price is derived from (Price information or Value and number of shares)

It does not appear that these options are saved on a per account basis (not
sure about the other 4 options).

This causes problems if you do not remember to set the properly each time you
import an OFX file to a particular account.

Since it not clear which account you are importing the oFX to at the time that
this file selection is used, these options would probably have to be handled
differently in order to save the settings on a per account basis.

I see 2 possibilities:

1) Move these options to the next dialog box, the account selection dialog, and
prefill them with the saved options from the last time there were set.

2) Add a tab (maybe "Import Options" or "OFX Import Options") to the Edit
account dialog where you can set these 6 options.

A combination of the two would be ideal so that you can set them while
importing and check/change them from the Edit account dialog box.
