I have no idea how that got into the file because an entry like <PAYEE name="Habana Blu""/> is not written by KMyMoney. It is missing at least the id attribute. You can try to take a look at line 2847 and following and try to fix the XML. xmllint must run without errors before KMyMoney can read the file. Maybe, you can post lines 2847-2851 here but please don't include any private information.
