SUMMARY
When importing a CSV file there are a few issues. 1) When I change the Pay to
field in edit a transaction the system does not recognise the name and auto
populate the Category field even if the payee exists.
2) On my system I have a payee called OU. If the name field of the imported CSV
file has the substring anywhere in the name of OU then it ignores the name in
the CSV file and populates with OU instead. For example a CSV file with "HAIR
STYLE LOUNGE" gets imported as "OU" even though "HAIR STYLE LOUNGE" is a know
payee
