Can you provide any more information about what the bank has actually done? Do
you know of any software which is still able to download from your bank, and
are you willing to identify the bank? I see Charles Schwab mentioned in
several of the comments. It sounds to me like the problem of duplicate
transactions might still exist, but because your bank has introduced extra
barriers to downloading transactions, we can't really test to confirm.
