This change completes the renaming of the Weboob plugin into Woob. It is important that we do it, due to the controversies around the project's original name, as explained in https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/issues/42 All changes are simple Weboob => Woob replacements, except for additional change in plugin's description that better explains its purpose – see https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/merge_requests/92/diffs#diff-content-9ac9c0fc82ef4b3f535ce2031f1570a4536d7bd7 for the details.
