I just noticed the OP closed this as unmaintained, which is not really correct,
even 5 years later, so I'm changing to NOT A BUG.
Jeff - note that there have been recent changes to libofx in this area, so it
might be worth a fresh look, especially if you have patches to offer that would
work with the current state of KMM.
