SUMMARY
Tags column is empty in reports even if "Tags" is checked in configuration
report ; except if "Order by" is set to "Tags". But for all other orders
(months, weeks, categories, etc...), the tag column is empty in the report,
even if a tag is set in transactions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try report "Transactions per month" by default

OBSERVED RESULT
"Tags" column is empty
EXPECTED RESULT
"Tags" Column should be full
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Kmymoney 5.08 or 5.1.1 Appimage (all versions have the same problem, I think)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 18.04 64 bits
