I think it's important that developers or anyone helping understands the impact of a bug, which is what I've provided. No software owner should be happy with a bug that will loose them customers, regardless if it's free. The file is encrypted and won't let me use gunzip after I changed the file name. Not sure if there's any other steps I need to do. I read all the pages on the link you provided and they didn't say anything else.
