Have you tried the check printing plugin at all? It's hard to provide useful suggestions if we don't know what you have already tried, and why it didn't work for you. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by wallet checks, but if you want the ability to print multiple checks on a single page, I don't think KMM can currently do that. It should, however, be able to print on a single check at a time - possibly requiring you to modify or create a new check template.

Someone can certainly open a wishlist at bugs.kde.org, but I don't know how easy it would be to implement. I can imagine it is an inconvenience to print one check at a time, instead of three or four at once on a single page, I wonder if it might be reasonable to to print checks individually, each to a file (postscript or pdf) and then create a script (using ghostscript or pdftk or some equivalent) to put multiple files together to a single page.
