SUMMARY
date issue on new transaction
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. when you enter a date the european way ie day/month/year
it seems to auto check the month value to validate the max days of the month
as it uses the current month and year by default it is impossible to enter
31/12/xxxx when you are in feb apr jun sep or nov.
exemple: on the 15 of april, you want to enter a transaction on 31/12/2019
you erase the date, you type 31, it automatically adds /04/2020 and when you
type 12/2019 it displays 30/12/2019 instead of 31/12
